Please include the name of your guild, store or group, the approx. number of members, and name/address of the person who will handle the planning of my lecture and workshop.
Also include a phone number and some dates you are inquiring about.
The message will come to me through my Help Desk system. I will send you the all of the necessary information for having me as a guest at your store or guild.
