This is Regina Terry from Princeton, WV. I am sending you pics of my three latest quilts. When I did the eyes on this cat, they were coming out grey and brown, so I had to use “artistic license” to make them green again. This quilt is AMAZING! it is about 12″by 18″.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THESE POSSIBLE!!!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this technique!!!!
Well, I finally finished my Rod Stewart wall hanging just in time for Rod’s current tour. Hi Tammie, My name is Anne Gavin and I wanted to show you the piece I finished from your class at Hampton Roads in February. It was a fun class and I enjoyed it so much. Thanks for all your help.
I had a great time making “Evan” my grandson. At first I thought this is not looking like anything and “pow” there he was. This work has won 2 awards. One for a quilt show and one for an art show. So exciting!
PS Tammie your process is fun and exciting to do.
Note from Tammie: This quilt was made by my student in my one day class! I think her quilt is just BEAUTIFUL!
This quilt was made by Carla Heldreth.
She was amazed at how simple it was, and has been encouraging members of our quilt guild to try the class!
I just saw you at Pomona Craft/Sewing Show.
Here’s a picture of my quilt that won a 3rd place at Road to California in
2011. Love your program…it was so much fun!!!!
Tammie, Through you I have really found my artistic voice. I met you in Nashville and my art life has never been the same. This is an awesome technique! I LOVE IT!!!
